Preis-Leistung: Wie oben erwähnt. Die Leistung ist für den (damaligen) Preis unerreichbar gut gewesen. Leider muss ich sagen, dass diese Sabrent NVMe mit 3D TLC NAND Flashspeicher für 140 Euro aktuell nicht mehr wirklich ein Schnäppchen ist. Sie macht sich auch selbst Konkurrenz durch eine günstigere Version mit 3D QLC NAND und eine ca. 50 bzw. 30 Euro teurere PCIe 4.0 NVMe mit 3D TLC bzw. 3D QLC NAND, für mich also weder Fisch noch Fleisch. Zumal es auch schon PCIe 3.0 QLC NVMe gibt ab 100 Euro (Unterschiede QLC/TLC siehe ganz unten). Im Kompressionsbenchmark sieht man auch, dass die Leistung größtenteils und bei langen Kopiervorgängen auch konstant hoch bleibt. Von welchem Hersteller auch immer (-> Preise, TBW-Werte und Garantie vergleichen). Solange man kein aktuelles Mainboard mit passendem PCIe 4.0 M.2 Slot hat, kann eine solche NVMe ja auch (mit verringerter maximaler Datenrate) in einen PCIe 3.0/2.0 Slot eingebaut werden wegen der Abwärtskompatibilität der PCIe-Schnittstelle. Eine viel teurere Samsung NVMe käme mir jedenfalls wegen des überschaubaren Mehrnutzens (z.B. NVMe Treiber für den Einsatz unter Windows 7) nicht in den Rechner. Verglichen mit der Sabrent gibt es preislich ähnliche gute 1TB NVMe, man sollte aber auch auf eine lange Herstellergarantie und einen hohen TBW-Wert achten. Letzterer Wert ('Tera Bytes Written') ist für den Normalanwender zwar eher von theoretischer Natur, könnte aber die Garantiezeit verkürzen (je nachdem, was zuerst eintritt).
