In-Home and Remote Access: Once all your Neo devices are paired with the neoHub Gen 2, you gain convenient in-home and remote access to control your heating, hot water, and appliances. This can measure the air and use the floor sensor to limit the max temperature of the floor to protect the floor surface.The neoHub connects to your home broadband router and wirelessly to the neoStats in your home. No special computer knowledge is required, simply plug into your router, create a free account via the Nu-Heat app and then take control of your heating, hot water and appliances from anywhere. Restart both your router and the neoHub, whatever you do, please do not press the connect button on the neoHub which could cause the neoHub to reset, this will mean that you would need to reset and add all the thermostats again. Flexible Programming:Your neoStat can be setup to work in non programmable, weekday/weekend, 7 day or 24 hour programming mode. Try and keep the neoHub at least 20cm away from the location of the router and to the side of the router. Remember if the neoHub is behind your router, the signal will try and get through to the router which could cause problems. Neo can pre-heat your home and will automatically learn how long your home takes to heat up. You can use this setting to limit the pre-heat time, we suggest 3 hours for most homes. This is set on a per zone basis.
