In The Wall, I found chapter 8 spoke to me. I love my job, stepping up means I have to have higher standards & that's a good thing. I'm enjoying pushing myself every shift. Ant Middleton got sent to prison after he was convicted of the unlawful wounding of one police officer and of common assault upon a second outside a nightclub in 2013, for which he was sentenced to 14 months in prison. He has previously spoken candidly about the "alcohol-fuelled mistake" that led to him spending four months behind bars and described it as his "biggest learning curve" in his life, during his appearance on the ITV show. The new film chronicles a torrid affair with dangerous consequences - but is there any truth behind Burning Desire? Following his own experience of being in jail, Ant outlined how he used his past to offer advice to others, urging them ‘not to be afraid of failure’. Ant Middleton is happily married to his wife Emilie Middleton. The couple met in 2004 at the Essex bar that Emilie was working in at the time and the then 24-year-old Emilie admitted, “It was love at first sight.”

That’s why I think it’s crucial that you don’t define yourself as just one person. That, to me, is the sign of a fake. It’s the sign of someone who has this fantasy model of who they want everyone to think they are and just tries to act up to it all the time. When you’re true to yourself you know that you’re a different person in different situations, and you’re totally relaxed about it.” The Wall by Ant Middleton is all about the mental wall we all come across which stops us from reaching our potential. Middleton tells stories from his life of when he met the wall and provides many different tips to try and break down the wall to allow one to live one's life to the fullest and reach one's potential. Män tillåts inte att vara män längre.” As I’ve mentioned, it’s basically a self help book focusing this time on smashing the self doubt we all, at some point, have experienced. It was just a case of working out exactly where the fear was in space and time, then visualising it, before making a conscious choice to step into it and – finally – doing what had to be done.” He explained, "My biggest failure was going to prison, but boy oh boy, was that my biggest learning curve. Why was I there? Talk about self-reflection, talk about holding yourself accountable."
